How long will my order take to arrive?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

What is the shelf life of FireFly Barbecue sauces?

Our unopened sauces generally have a shelf life of 18 to 24 months. Once opened, we recommend keeping them refrigerated and consuming them within 6 months for the best flavor profile.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our glass bottles, but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.

Can I return a product if I don't like the taste?

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns based on personal taste preferences. However, if there is a quality issue with the product, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
