At FireFly Barbecue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flavorful purchase, though due to the perishable nature of our sauces and rubs, we can only accept returns on unopened or damaged items within 30 days. If your order arrives compromised or doesn't meet our quality standards, we are committed to making it right with a swift replacement or refund.

Email our pitmaster team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or reason for return.
Provide Evidence
For items damaged during transit, please attach a clear photograph of the packaging and product to help us file a claim with the carrier.
Prepare Shipment
Once approved, securely pack the unopened items in their original box; we will provide a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.
Receive Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
